Bendeni Studio (“we”) operates bendenistudio.com.my and related WhatsApp / email confirmations. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Name, email, and phone number when you book.
- Session details (date, time, package, number of guests, payment reference).
- WhatsApp messages you send to our studio number, if WhatsApp is connected.
How we use it
- To confirm and run your studio booking.
- To send payment and booking confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp.
- To answer questions on WhatsApp (including automated replies when enabled).
- To add the session to our studio calendar when that feature is on.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to provide the service: CHIP (payments), Brevo (email), Meta / WhatsApp (messages), and Google Calendar (studio schedule). We do not sell your personal data.
Advertising measurement (TikTok Pixel)
We use the TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API to measure how our TikTok ads perform, for example when someone views a session, starts a booking, or pays a deposit. Your email and phone number are hashed (scrambled) on our side before they are sent, so TikTok can match them to an ad click without receiving them in readable form. We use this only to measure and improve our ads, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). You can ask us to stop or delete this data using the contact details below.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as needed for studio operations, accounting, and to handle changes or disputes. You may ask us to delete your data — see Data deletion.
