Main sales (book online)
When a customer books a package on the website and pays in full, that is one business transaction:
- Booking for the customer → full payment → receipt via ToyyibPay.
- For accounting: ToyyibPay settlement report (main sales).
Studio add-ons (at the counter)
In the studio, customers often add extras after their session. These are separate transactions — not mixed into the original ToyyibPay checkout.
Examples of add-ons
- Extra session time on the slot
- Extra guests (pax)
- Frames and prints
- Other packages or services
How it works at the studio
- Customer asks for add-ons at the counter (no need to open their booking slot).
- Staff taps items on the counter screen, shows the total, and customer pays via QR / online banking to the studio bank.
- Staff enters the customer phone, confirms paid — then can WhatsApp a confirmation and email a receipt.
Packages booked online and add-ons at the counter are separate business transactions — each must be recorded clearly for accounting.
For your accountant
Your third-party accountant needs two streams of information:
- Main sales: settlement report from ToyyibPay.
- Add-ons: a simple report from this website
- What item was added (add-on, frame, extra time, etc.)
- Price
- Unit / quantity
Payment proof photos and invoice numbers are not required for this report.
Consolidate the add-on report and submit before the 7th of the following month (for the prior month).
